What kind of artwork can I send? And, what if I don't have artwork?
Don't worry. Send us what you have. Our graphics team will work with what you have to create exactly what you need – FREE. Don't have art? Just tell us what you're thinking of, and we'll create it for you – FREE.
Where do I send my artwork?
You can e-mail it directly to project2@blscap.com and reference your company name and product you are ordering.
Can I request a PMS color match for on my item?
Yes! Keep in mind however, that in some cases there is an additional charge for this service in order to get the specialized dyeing. To avoid of this additional charge, but would like us to be 'as close as possible' – we're happy to help to source in material markets, in most cases, can be found.
When will I get my order?
Production times are listed for every item on the PI. This is the number of business days it takes from ordering bulk fabric to finishing package. The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. If you need an item faster than the production time shown or if you have any questions contact us – we love a challenge and would be happy to help!
Can I drop ship my order to multiple locations?
Sure! Just let us know. There is sometimes a charge per drop ship location depending on detail situation.
Can I combine orders in different suppliers in China to ship together?
Sure! Just let us know. There is sometimes a charge per drop ship depending on how far the other supplier located.Can I charge shipping to my shipping account?
Can I charge shipping to my shipping account?
Yes. Just us know and make sure to reference your account number when placing your order.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C, PAYPAL , WESTERN UNION.
What if I receive more or less than the quantity I ordered?
Due to tight quality control there can be a 5% over or underrun on orders. You will not be billed for any pieces that are shipped short of your order and will only be invoiced for up 5% extra. If you need an exact quantity please let us know when placing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once the bulk fabric is cut, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact us and they will be happy to assist you!
What are set up charges?
Some of the items we offer have 'set-up' charges (like mould charge). It is important to note these are NOT art charges. These are charges to create moulds or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo. Keep in mind that if you ever place an exact reorder for the same item you do not have to pay the set up charge again!
If I reorder an item will I pay set-up charges again?
No! If you place an exact reorder (same art and item) you aren't charged a set-up charge again.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes! Unless it is an exact reorder, you always see an emailed proof of your item which must be approved by you before we proceed!
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes! We're happy to send you a sample of an item(s) you're considering under your courierOur sample service is intended to help those who are seriously considering an item or are looking for ideas. We reserve the right to refuse to send samples at our discretion (although we don't usually find the need to!).
Can I order less than MOQ?
Usually the minimum quantity shown is the required minimum, however, please contact us if you need less than the minimum as we may have some options for you.
